Who we are

VEINLIST.COM is an unofficial, fan-made VEIN dedicated-server browser. It is not operated by the VEIN developers or vein.gg.

What we collect

We aim to collect as little personal data as possible. In normal use:

• Server list data comes from public sources (such as Steam and GameMonitoring). That data describes game servers, not you.
• Technical logs may be created by the host or reverse proxy (for example IP address, user agent, and request path) when you load pages or API routes. Those logs are used for security, abuse prevention, and keeping the service online.
• Local storage in your browser may store that you accepted this site’s privacy notice, and may store favorite server IDs you choose to save. Filter choices and similar UI state may also stay on your device only.

We do not currently use third-party advertising or analytics cookies. If that changes, this policy will be updated.

Ping and server queries

When you view ping or open server details, this site’s server may send A2S queries to the game host you selected. Those queries go from our infrastructure to that game server — they are not a guarantee of your in-game latency.

Cookies and similar tech

We use essential browser storage to remember consent and operate the UI. We do not sell personal data.

Third parties

Server discovery may contact third-party APIs (for example Steam Web API and GameMonitoring). Their processing is governed by their own policies. Official game materials and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Your choices

You can clear site data in your browser settings at any time. You can stop using the site at any time.

We may update this policy as the project evolves. The “Last updated” date above will change when we do.
